Jettie Bell began working for Penmac in 2005, after fifteen years in workforce development and employment training. Her experience helps her lead the Carthage branch. Bell notes, "I enjoy meeting people and helping them become productive members of society. Our employers are excellent to work with and I have developed many lasting relationships through this position." Bell says her favorite part about working in the Carthage Penmac is being part of a small community, which allows you to create relationships with the people you do business with.
