Bonus for New Graduates

Each year, Penmac offers a $200 bonus to any new graduate--from high school, college, or a training or certification program! The bonus will be paid after you complete your first 160 hours (four full-time weeks) on the job with Penmac, within six months of your graduation date.

Complete this form to sign up for the bonus, then you can apply online or visit your local Penmac Staffing office to complete your job application. Mention that you signed up for the Grad Bonus!

I understand I am only eligible for one bonus per year and up to two bonuses per individual (for example, one bonus for high school graduation in 2023 and one bonus for an associates degree in 2025).
