SPRINGFIELD, Missouri—Penmac Staffing recently announced the promotion of several key team members as part of its ongoing commitment to recognize exceptional contributions and fortify its foundation for continued growth.
“Penmac has experienced strong growth this year as much of our industry has retracted. We have built a great deal of momentum in the markets we serve, and we are now performing at levels not previously experienced. With these promotions, our goal is to build on our short-term growth and turn it into long-term results,” said Penmac CEO Tim Massey.
Stuart Stringer has been named Chief Operations Officer. Previously serving as Vice-President of Operations, Stringer will continue to oversee the execution of company strategies in daily branch operations. He joined the company in 2003.
Massey said, “Stuart has functioned in the role of Vice-President of Operations helping spearhead our growth. It was an easy decision to move him into a more macro role to continue to move the needle. I look forward to his leadership and success in his new role of Chief Operations Officer.” As COO, Stringer joins the executive team of Massey, President Paula Adams, and CFO Leah Ann Iaguessa.
Troy Yonker and Michelle Cologna have each been promoted to District Vice-President. These newly created positions will serve under Stringer, and each will each be responsible for directly overseeing the operations of a portion of the company’s thirty-two branch locations. Yonker previously served as Corporate Trainer for Penmac. He joined the company in 2012. Cologna previously served as Area Manager overseeing the Lebanon and North Kansas City branches. She joined the company in 2010.
Massey said, “Both Michelle and Troy are proven leaders in our organization. They are necessary pieces in building the foundation for our expected growth, and their insight and leadership will assist us in building a more efficient and engaged operations team.”
Sherry Holland has been named Corporate Trainer. Previously serving as Regional Manager in Central Missouri, Holland joined the company in 1996. Massey said, “As a 27-year Penmac veteran, Sherry’s many years of success, attention to detail, and passion for training made her a natural choice for this essential role.”
Massey concluded, “We are thrilled to have all four individuals in their new roles, and excited to help even more employers and job seekers grow and succeed.”
