Burgers’ Smokehouse, a family owned and operated smoked and cured meats manufacturer, in partnership with Penmac Staffing Services is launching the latest Penmac on Premise, which will enable job seekers to apply in person at Burgers’ Smokehouse in California, MO.
While Penmac has staffed for Burgers’ for years, this announcement marks the beginning of an exclusive partnership. Penmac will now have an on-site office and staff at Burgers’ facilities to handle interviewing and onboarding, as well as support and coach employees when needed.
Beginning June 27, candidates can apply in person at Burgers’ Smokehouse, 32819 Highway 87 in California, MO between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Production and packing positions have immediate openings, and start at $16.50 – 17.50 per hour.
Many positions at Burgers’ Smokehouse are temp-to-hire, meaning there is a 90-day evaluation period while associates are Penmac employees before being hired by Burgers’ Smokehouse. This also gives employees a chance to make sure the job is a good fit.
