Over the years, Shields has helped Penmac open offices in Morrilton, Clarksville, Fort Smith, Maumelle, and Poteau, but has remained the Branch Manager for the Russellville branch. Shields enjoys serving the community through her positions. She says, "I love working with people and helping them gain better lives through work."
